Joseph Kirby is an experienced immigration attorney with an international background. His current area of focus is U.S. immigration law. Joseph's legal experience includes working overseas at the Shanghai, China office of a large law firm where Joseph advised on international business transactions in addition to carrying out research on employment and business immigration. Prior to joining Law Offices of Keshab Raj Seaide, P.C., as a Senior Immigration Attorney, Joseph was based in Austin, Texas, and worked for boutique immigration law firms as well as large nationally-ranked law firms.
Joseph is experienced in counseling corporate clients on a wide range of U.S. immigration matters, employment-based and family-based, including applications for nonimmigrant visas as well as permanent residence. Joseph routinely provides practical solutions and strategies for clients, and he is proactive in keeping clients informed of changes in immigration laws and regulations.
