Marriage Green Card

Marriage Green Card — Reunite With Your Spouse

A marriage-based green card allows your spouse or partner to live and work permanently in the United States. It is the most common family immigration pathway, and it comes in two forms depending on where your spouse currently lives.

Two Pathways

Option 1: Adjustment of Status (Inside the U.S.)

If your spouse is already in the United States, they may apply for a green card without leaving. We file the I-130 petition and I-485 application together, along with work authorization (EAD) and travel permit (Advance Parole).

Option 2: Consular Processing (Outside the U.S.)

If your spouse is abroad, we process the case through a U.S. embassy. This involves NVC document submission, completing Form DS-260, and preparing for the embassy interview.

What We Do For You

  • Prepare a compelling bona fide marriage evidence package
  • File all petitions and supporting applications
  • Track your case and respond to any Requests for Evidence (RFEs)
  • Conduct mock interview preparation sessions
  • Coordinate with NVC and U.S. embassy when needed
